Made of a wooden structure of treated fir with inner decorative wall panel finish melamine, thickness 8 mm.
Full foam insulation (Graphipan) high density, thickness 40 mm. Rainproof layer with air space. Outer cladding (total wall thickness 80 mm).
CLADDING (10-year guarantee)
"The wood better than wood"
High quality wood fibers are glued at 215°C and high pressure (3100 kpa) with natural binder (lignin), synthetic binder (phenolic resin) and wax. This walling material has a density of 902 kg/m3, that is 2 times more than wood. The last treatment of clapboards consists of applying 4-layers protective thermoset acrylic coating factory cured in an oven at 160°.
ROOF
Sloping roof. Wooden structure made of treated fir with inner wall panel finish white melamine, rock wool insulation thickness 100 mm. Rainproof layer. Steel roofing covered with green, red or black multi-layer epoxy coatings, appearance traditional interlocking clay roof tiles.
FLOOR
Hot-dip galvanized (UPN) trailer. Framing made of treated fir with hydro floor, glass wool insulation thickness 60 mm, on rodent-proof galvanized steel under frame - Inner PVC wall board. Terrace decking treated with cryptogile.
INNER WALLS
Rigid melamine panels, thickness 16 mm.
OUTDOOR JOINERY
Made of white PVC double-glazed 4/16/4
EXTERIOR WINDOW SHUTTERS
Made of PVC, with curtains inside (except for window bathroom, printed glass). Shutter fittings are painted black.
INDOOR JOINERY
Flush door units or style doors dependant on choice made, painted pastel tint, width 63 cm (turn and release locks for bathroom and WC).
BATHROOM FACILITIES
One-piece polyester bathroom perfectly WATERPROOF and easy to clean. Plexiglas shower door.
ELECTRICITY
Main electricity supply panel, circuit breaker and cutout (NF C15100). Lighting : spot lights in bedrooms and living.
